______________
Note Troop 373 does not own a hand ax.
It is my opinion that it should never own a hand ax.
The Adult bring the hand ax should control its use (in a Yard yard) and be sure that is it used in the correct BSA way.
There is only one correct way to use a Hand Ax, there are a few incorrect ways.
In the correct way, ones hands are never near the blade during use.
In this way the adult can say "Get me my ax back" "Do not touch
my ax"
