1) You will be asked for your Position, Pack and District.
Note Den leader or Assistant Den Leaders for
your Den, Pack 373 is in the Lucky Baldwin District (abr. LB).
Baldwin District
(abr. LB) is made of the towns: Arcadia, Monrovia, Sierra Madre and
Temple City.
2) The Training will be put on by volunteers. The training is very fun and interesting, enjoy.
3) They will strongly encourage you to get Uniforms. politely agree with them (if asked), but know that I will not require them. I am very thankful you have made a commitment to get trained and help out in your Den. If you wish to get a uniform shirt and the associated patches this is up to you.
4) They will strongly encourage you to get BSA policy book, politely agree with them (if asked), but know that I will not require them. The free hand outs they will give you has the most important information in it. If you wish to get a BSA policy book or any other books this it is up to you. Much of the information is on the internet also http://usscouts.org/.
5) Bring a sack lunch, the Scout Center has break room to eat in. You
will not have time to leave to eat.
The break room as free Coffee, Tea and Hot
Chocolate. It has vending machines for Soda, juice and snacks.
6) The 1:30pm to 2:30pm session well be announced as optional, but I strongly encourage you to take it. Our Pack just meets BSA policy . Your attendance in both sessions will get us very close to meeting BSA policy. So your attendance is very appreciated.
