We will need at least 10 Scouts to help with the race.
If the troop can support the race the college will pay the troop $500 for helping with the event.  Please RSVP if you/your son can help with the event.

So Cal CX Bike Race
Where:  Mt. San Antonio Community College
When:  Sunday, January 9, 2011
Time:  7:00am - 3:00pm

Requirements: Volunteers need to come out dressed for the weather of the day, will need to be Scout uniform, a chair to sit on and water to drink while working.
Everything else will be provided for the Scouts.
Scout's responsibility would be to direct people around the course and the eventand answer questions when asked.
 
Dave Sargent is willing to drive the church van to help with commuting to the event if enough people are interested.
Commuters will need to be at Old North Church at 6:30am.
 
If we had enough Scouts to volunteer, we could divide up the day into 2 shifts, 7:00am - 11:00am and 11:00am - 3:00pm.
