Bird Study Merit Badge Requirements:

1) Come to Eaton Canyon Nature Center on June 9, be prepared to be quite.

2) Homework to do before day of class or after class.:

# 5  Observe and be able to identify at least 20 species of wild birds. Note where you saw the bird. (Some of the 20 birds we will find at Eaton Canyon). Others Scouts will do on your own.

#  8  Attract birds to your backyard with a bird feeder and Bird Bath   (Bird Bath , can be a upside down trash can lid or sallow bucket that you keep filled with fresh water in your backyard).
        Log what birds come to your backyard.
