On the 1945  S.S. Lane Victory Ship

Ship Tour and Visit Two Onboard Ship Museums
        The Ship is a National Historic Landmark and one of only a few operational WW2 ship, fully restored.

Meet at the North Parking Lot at 4:30 pm on Friday. June 22, 2012

Cost: $30.00 per   (Parking is free. The Ship has its own parking lot at the Ship.)

Space is Limited, must pay $30.00 in advance to reserve a spot.
Limted to 12 Scout, One Leader and two parents-leaders for each overnight.
Boy Scouts only for the over night event.

Come in Class A
Bring: Sleeping bag, pillow, personal gear in duffle bag, and Scout essentials in a day pack

Camp over schedule:
Dinner in Mess Hall   6pm
Ship tour
Ship museum tour
Sleep in Sailor's bunk beds, bring your own sleeping bag and Pillow.
Breakfast
Ride a Red car for $1.00
Home Noon.

Due to limited space:
Family members that wish to tour the ship can arrive at 9am Sat., The admission is $5.00 per adult; $2.00 per child.
One family member needs to have Ca Driver's Lic. to board.
 

Note:
Due to stairs and un-level walking: Must have closed shoes (no sandals or flip flops), must be good health (no cast or injuries..)

Due to the ship's construction and the steepness of the ladders – everyone should be fairly mobile.
It is physically impossible to provide for wheelchairs and crutches...
