Unknown Scout  - 1909 William Boyce Lost in London.
The Unknown Scout was an anonymous member of The Boy Scout Association in London, whose good turn in 1909 inspired William Boyce to form the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) on February 8, 1910.

The unknown Scout helped the lost William Boyce to his address and refused a tip, tell him it was his '"Good Turn of the
Day". So impressed, Boyce's request, the unknown Scout give him the address of the Scout headquarters and the scout
told of his leader Baden-Powell. William Boyce later had a meeting with Baden-Powell and received a copy of his book,  Scouting for Boys

.
