Depart : Sat. TBA  Meet at Gold Line Station, Sierra Madre Villa Station Sat.  at 10:10 am to buy your Gold line ticket.  Have your gear and pack a sack lunch for the train.  Gear should be in duffle bag. 1 Bags max. less than 50 lbs. and no more than  28" x 22" x 14" Each. (Your second bag may be troop gear: tent or stove or food.)

Return:  Sierra Madre Villa Station Sunday   TBA  about at 8:30 PM

What:  The Carpinteria hike in campground is about one block from the Carpinteria Train station
Sat: Gold Line Station, Sierra Madre Villa Station to Union Station downtown LA  then to Carpinteria Train station
Sunday: Carpinteria  Train station to Union Station downtown LA then to Gold Line Station, Sierra Madre Villa Station
